The episode starts with Gayteri n BhabiMaa in kitchen... both r discussing that they shouldn't say the news of akshara;s pregnancy to any one this time... they r also tensed about akshara's pregnancy... they decide to take more care of akshara... then all comes at the dining table... Gayteri gives halwa for akshara... akshara says that she is not feeling to eat sweet... she serves her aalu ki sabzi n says that last time also she thought of feeding akshara all this... all becomes sad hearing this... naitik diverts the topic by asking Gayteri to serve him too... RajBanna remembers some childhood moments where naitik used to feel so jealous when Gayteri concentrates on Rashmi... n now also naitik doesn't change n he wants all the attention from his maa... all laughs..

bhola comes alone... all asks about anshu... just then anshu comes there... anshu says that he didn't find bhola... bhola says he went to the place where anshu said but anshu is not there... anshu confuses him by changing the address which he told him previously... anshu escapes from daant... RaJsheri informs anshu that he is going to become mama soon... he congratulates..
again at singhanias
In the kitchen Gayteri is tensed... Naitik comes there... he says her that he too is very tensed for tomorrow's doctor appointment but he is not showing out as akshara will be more tensed seeing them... Gayteri consoles him saying that every thing will be alright... she says akshara is already worried... if she sees us like this she will break down so she asks him to be confident... Naitik says this time he can't see akshara pain...
Varsha says to shourya that akshara is worried so much... n she is even more tensed for the check up... Shourya says that he hopes everything goes well tomorrow... Vishambar also says to Rajshri that everything will be fine n not to worry...
Naitik akshra in there room... he gives some water for akshara... akshara says after happening like that last time she is tensed for tomorrow... naitik says that doctor knows everything n she will take care of u well n says not to worry... n Gayteri n RajBanna in their room... Gayteri says she is worried about akshara... Gayteri says she will accompany naitik akshra while going to doctor... RajBanna accepts... Naitik makes akshara to drink milk n he remembers to keep the old reports n then he make her to sleep..
In the second part:
Next morning... akshara comes down... she feels so hungry n so goes to the kitchen... no one was there... she searches for all the kitchen but she didn't feel anything to eat with the eatables in the kitchen... she sees some fruits so thinks to make juice of it... she keeps them in the mixer n tries to switch on the mixer... she gets little electril shock... she shouts louder n moves away... Naitik, BhabiMaa, RJ n RajBanna comes there worriedly... but akshara says she is fine... RajBanna orders to repair the cables... n Gayteri asks akshara not to do n anything n ask her if she needs anything...
Akshara goes to her room n she takes the old reports which doctor asks to get... she takes them out... n by mistake the reports fells down... the sonographic reports comes out... akshara takes them n sees them sadly... naitik sees all this from outside the room... she take both the files n writes "Old reports" on previous MC reports n then about to write on new reports... then naitik comes n says that this is their new life n so she has to write new life on the new reports... akshara smiles n feels happy n writes "New Life" on the new reports...
Akshara n Naitik comes down to go the doctor... Gayteri says she too will come with them... Naitik says they manage... but still Gayteri says she will come... BhabiMaa also says she will also will come so that they too can know how to take care of akshara... unwillingly only naksh accpets n the singhania's reach hospital... there already Rajshri n Varsha r waiting for akshara... Rajshri says that she can't keep quiet as she too very tensed about the reports... Gayteri n BhabiMaa says they also came for the same reason..
In the third part:
Akshara feels thirsty... so she goes to drink water along with varsha... Gayteri sees the doctors name n asks naitik why he again brought to the same doctor... Naitik says she is very good doctor n she knows akshara well as she treated akshare before too... Rajshri also says that varsha also is treated here only n she is good doctor... Gayteri says if she is good doctor then why she didn't save akshara's first child... akshara listens this n feels sad... naitik tries to explain that its not doctor's fault what can she do... but Gayteri dont listen... Rajshri n varsha tries to explain her... n finally Gayteri accepts unwillingly...
Precap: Gayteri says to Rajshri that she didn't liked this doctor n she shows akshara with another doctor... n she asks Rajshri not to interfear n this time she wont take any risk regarding akshara n she will show akshara with another good doctor... Rajshri is shocked... even akshara n naitik r
