PART 1

 episode start with naitik akshra come home from hospital and akshra show Gayteri and Bhabima the photo of baby and tell that she hear the baby's heart beat. Gayteri and bhabima are happy and they said in there time they can only feel it. and told akshra to go and take rest. and the phone ring . and nani called and told Gayteri to take akshra's care and do not do the same mistake again and gayteri said ok. and naitik talk to her and she said naitik to be responsible dady now and natik said ok. and then she talk to akshara and told her congratulation. and then akshra go to the room to rest. and gayteri told naitik to go to dadda ji's room to take rest . and here at Maheshwari’s house dadi and Rj and varsha are talking and
Rj said she want to talk to akshra and akshra called and told Rj about the dr. and said everything is normal. and then told her that she have to go for dinner and rj got worried again that she didnt eat yet? and akshra said she have to go. dadi told rj not to worry about the akshra. there are many people are there to take care of her.and varsha give kheer to everyone.

Part-2

 akshra come to table and said she dont like smell of food . and gayteri and bhabima said she should eat for the baby. and then gayteri and bhabima told her about there preg. and gayteri feed her and she was eating with pickel. and gayteri said she can have one more roti and akshra said no and then she run from the table. and gayteri followed her. and then she bring her to the room form bathroom. and said to take rest and aksrai said why this is happening to her and gayteri said just because babys are very naughty and she ask if naitik was the same and gayteri said yes she always get voumiting and chakker when she was pregnent. with naitik. and she saw naitik and left. naitik come next to akshra and put his hand on her head and akshra said she likes it. and she go to sleep.

Part-3

 In the morning gayteri and bhabima worried while gayteri said akshra didnt eat anything and not even take tea. and bhabima said go and see the akshra. in room akshra is not eating anything and gayteri said atlest drink milk and she said no she dont like smell of the food. and then gayteri said she can add elaichi or chocolate to milk and she said no. and go to sleep . bhabima said this is not good for akshra. and they are go to make something good for akshra.
here Rj call and said to gayteri that today they made something call kheer special for akshra which she likes and if she say yes they can send some for her. gayteri said they can send the kheer but akshra is not eating anything not even tea.
and rj is worried. in naitik akshra room akshira again go to bathroom and come back and voumiting is not stoping and bhabima and gayteri and natik is worried and akshra feel dizzness and natik hold her and put in to bed and gayteri said this is not good for akshra and naitik call Dr. and said to gayteri, dr told him if askhra is feel the same she have to admit in the hospital. and gayteri and bhabima went in kichen to make something.
varsha was on phone with natik and then told everyone that dr told if akshra not want to eat then she have to go to hospital and rj is worried.

Part-4

 In kichen bhabima said to gayteri we can make chini khana for bahu. and gayteri told maharaji to bring noodel. and then she remember some thing and told bma that chnini kahan is not good for baby that one of her friend told her . that it has MSG and then bhabima said she can make golgappa for bahu while she liked it on rakshabandan. and they both agree.
in naitik akshra room naitik ask akshra there is something that you like and eat. and akshra said chinese and natik order chinese for akshra and when chinese come akshra said she is very hungry and she will eat everything and she start eating and gayteri come and happy seeing akshra eating and than she ask what she is eating and naitik told chinese and gayteri got angry and took the food away from akshra and it fell on floor. and naitik akshra looked worried.
